System Pest Control Services Pte Ltd was established initially as a partnership company, named System Pest Control Services in 1981. The working capital for this partnership company was $ 10,000.00 and the company only secured twelve contracts with five staff operating the business.

The partnership company was incorporated in Singapore in 1990, named System Pest Control Services Private Limited, after its business was expanded greatly with the award of various service contracts by Housing & Development Board, Urban Redevelopment Authority, Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, National Environmental Agency and other private properties developers.

As at present, System Pest Control Services Pte Ltd has a staff strength of 60 and vehicle fleet of 20.

In 1988, an associate limited company was established, named System Pest (M) SDN BHD, in West Malaysia to operate the business over there.
